What does it cost to sell on Qyrony?
Creating an account, listing a product and hosting your files are free. There is no monthly subscription. Qyrony takes a commission only at the moment a digital sale settles, and that rate falls as your completed sales volume grows.
How does the commission actually work?
Four tiers, applied automatically:
- Launch — 10% — Your first sale
- Momentum — 8.5% — After €1,000 completed GMV
- Established — 7% — After €5,000 completed GMV
- Studio — 5% — After €20,000 completed GMV
Thresholds are calculated from completed escrow transactions. Pending, disputed, refunded and local-pickup exchanges do not count toward your volume. Every order records the exact tier used at checkout.
What is escrow, and why does my payment go there?
When you buy a digital product, your payment is held in escrow rather than going straight to the seller. It is released when the order completes. If something is wrong, opening a dispute freezes the funds until a moderator resolves it — neither side can pull money out from under the other.
When do I get my files?
As soon as the order is paid. Protected files become available from your order history immediately.
Is every file checked before it goes on sale?
Yes. Every upload passes three checks before publication: we confirm the file is genuinely the type the seller says it is, we refuse anything that behaves like a program, a locked archive or hidden private information, and a safety review looks for anything harmful or illegal. Anything uncertain goes to a person on our team rather than going on sale automatically.
Can I sell physical items?
You can list a physical item as a local pickup, but it carries no online checkout. Qyrony processes payments for digital products and digital services only. For a local pickup, the buyer contacts you through Qyrony and you arrange the exchange and the payment directly between yourselves.
Does escrow cover local pickups?
No. Qyrony takes no commission on local-pickup listings, and provides no escrow or dispute cover for them. Because those exchanges happen directly between buyer and seller, we publish ground rules instead: meet in public, inspect before paying, keep the conversation on Qyrony, never pay a deposit up front, and agree a neutral meeting point rather than sharing your address.
How are sellers paid?
Sales are credited to your Qyrony wallet, which carries a full transaction ledger. Withdrawals are made from that wallet.
What currency does Qyrony use?
Prices are shown in euro.
What languages does Qyrony support?
The interface is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic. You can switch language from the selector in the header.
Something went wrong with my order — what do I do?
For a problem with a digital order, open a dispute from the order itself; the funds freeze immediately and moderation takes over. To report a suspicious listing or user, contact the moderation team through Support — the listing link and screenshots help. If you think your account has been compromised, change your password in Settings; signing out everywhere revokes every active session.
