QYRONY DMCA & Copyright Policy
Version: 1.1.0
Last updated: 20 September 2026
Effective from: 31 March 2025
QYRONY (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright holders. We review notices of alleged copyright infringement concerning material on the QYRONY Hub platform (
qyrony.com).
1. Where to send copyright notices
Notices of alleged infringement and counter-notices must be submitted in writing to QYRONY at the address below. Email reaches us fastest; the postal address is for formal correspondence and service of process.
Qyrony LLC — Copyright
312 W 2nd St, Unit #A794 Casper, WY 82601 United States

Notices sent to any other address or mailbox may not reach the people who can act on them, and the clock in §2 starts when a complete notice arrives here.
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that material residing on or accessible through QYRONY infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit QYRONY to locate the material (e.g., exact Listing URL or direct link).
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit QYRONY to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, QYRONY will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected Vendor or User.
3. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice
If you are a Vendor or User who believes that your material was removed or access was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notice to the copyright contact in §1 containing the following information (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):
- Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the user.
- Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- Perjury Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Jurisdiction & Service Consent: The user’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if the user’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which QYRONY may be found), and that the user will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
If a valid counter-notification is received, QYRONY will forward a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order within 10 to 14 business days, QYRONY may restore the removed material.
3.1. What both sides should expect before writing
Your notice is forwarded, including your contact details. The DMCA requires us to pass a counter-notice, with the sender’s name and address, to the party who complained. We also tell the affected Vendor or User which material was removed and who asked for its removal. Neither side can submit an anonymous notice, and we will not redact these details — if you are not willing for the other side to see your contact information, do not use this process.
Consider whether the use is actually infringing. Before sending a takedown notice, consider in good faith whether the material is fair use, licensed, in the public domain, or yours to permit. A notice that ignores this may fall under §5 below.
We do not arbitrate ownership. QYRONY applies the statutory process. We cannot decide who owns a copyright or whether a licence was breached; only a court can. Where the dispute is really about a contract or a licence between two Users, the parties must resolve it between themselves or in the appropriate forum.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), QYRONY enforces a strict Repeat Infringer Policy. Accounts belonging to Vendors or Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or who accumulate multiple valid DMCA takedown notices will be subject to account suspension, removal of storefront listings, wallet payout holds, or permanent account termination.
5. Misrepresentation & Liability
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to legal liability for damages, including court costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by QYRONY or the alleged infringer.
