Seller payouts
Every movement has a ledger entry.
A paid order begins in escrow. Settlement writes the seller share and platform fee, credits the seller wallet, and only then makes the funds available for withdrawal.

Order held
Checkout records the sale price and the seller's current volume tier. Funds remain attached to the order.
Seller share credited
When escrow releases, the immutable order split credits the wallet ledger. Disputed orders cannot release early.
Withdrawal tracked
Identity-verified sellers connect Stripe, request payout and see pending, in-transit, paid or failed status.
What is always true
- Commission decreases automatically with completed lifetime GMV.
- Refunded and local-pickup transactions do not count toward volume.
- Payout status comes from the payment provider, not an optimistic UI.
- The wallet balance is derived from settled ledger movements.
